For our Client, global IT company, we are currently looking for Online Sales and Operations Director.This role requires direct management of teams of highly skilled Client Services and Sales Operations Associates, as well as management of training and other functions. This person will drive key components of support around the company's revenue-generating businesses, and thus must be able to use quantitative skills to make strategic decisions. In this dynamic environment, the Director for the Polish operations also must exercise extraordinary judgment as a key stakeholder in the hiring process and organizational growth and adapt to changes and growth in the company's product offerings. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned leader with significant management experience and outstanding decision-making skills. Applicants should be extremely proactive, motivated, organized, responsible, and should work well within a fast-paced group.

Nasze wymagania:

o BA/BS required; MBA strongly preferred
o Fluency in Polish and English required, additional languages desirable
o Previous experience of building setup operations highly desirable and of working in multinationals
o Proven track record of success in previous work experiences. /10-15+ years experience leading high-impact teams for market leaders. Related experience in sales, operations, or management consulting preferred
o Direct management of large teams strongly preferred, with proven success for employee development
o Ability to drive and understand productivity metrics for future staffing and tool demands
o Strong capacity to execute efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced, and team-focused environment
o Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills
o Strong project management and analytical skills
o Passion for learning and creative problem-solving
o Strong computer applications skills
o Multi-lingual capabilities preferred
International travel is required
